Who pays the fee?
Truax, Mazza & Associates is a contingency recruiting firm. The fee is paid by the employer only after a placement has been made. The fee is based on the new employee’s starting salary or annualized wage. Fees generally range between 10% - 25%, depending upon the industry and position.
The fee will be earned when an applicant referred by Truax, Mazza & Associates is hired by your firm or anyone to whom you refer the applicant within one (1) year of the last communication regarding that applicant.

Is there a guarantee?
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we charge the fee only after the new employee is satisfactorilly employed by your company for 60 days. At that time, an invoice will be sent to you for payment in full upon receipt.
If you have concerns about the new employee's performance, or his/her employment is terminated, voluntarily or involuntarily, by either party, within the first 60 days, please advise us immediately. There will be no fee for our services if employment is terminated within 60 days.
